CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
We appreciate at minimum a 24 hour courtesy call if you are unable to keep your appointment, which allows us to rebook that time. NO SHOWS and SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING will be charged FULL PRICE per pet at the next visit due at SCHEDULING.
DROP OFF
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DOG HAS HAD TIME TO RELIEVE ITSELF PRIOR TO DROPPING OFF.
An additional fee will be added for cleaning and disinfecting of $5.00 and $10.00 if your dog needs to be rebathed.
PICK UP
Unless discussed at time of appointment, dogs not picked up within 10 minutes of closing (5:00) will be charged an additional $15 and $1 per minute thereafter.
Please call and let us know if a problem occurs and we will work with you.
Please do not show up early for pickup,
Once your pet is aware of your presence, it is very disruptive and it may not be possible to safely finish grooming him/her. We still charge full price for an unfinished groom.
